TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOTH PARTIES: Traslados Onlymind Mx and the CLIENT.

1. RATES
1.1 Available Rates
We offer two different rates:
– Regular Rate: Applies to the general public.
– Rate for Mexicans: Applies exclusively to nationals, by presenting the discount coupon.

1.2 Application of Rates
The regular price applies to the general public. However, we have a specific coupon TRASLADOSMX, valid only for NATIONALS who present a valid official ID (INE, PASSPORT, LICENSE).

The prices listed on the website https://trasladocancun.com are in USD, applying the exchange rate according to the OFFICIAL FEDERAL DIARY: https://dof.gob.mx/indicadores.php.

1.3 Rate Validation
The prices applied when reserving any of our services (tours, transfers, excursions, accommodation) will be based on the client’s nationality and the information provided at the time of reservation. This includes bookings made via phone, digital media, social networks, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, etc.

To apply the issued rate, the client must present a valid Official ID (INE, PASSPORT, LICENSE). If the requested identification is not presented, the reservation will be canceled and the client will need to pay the difference according to the price of the selected activity.

2. HOW TO APPLY RATES, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS
2.1 Presentation of Official ID
Rates, discounts, and promotions will only be valid if presenting a valid Official ID (INE, PASSPORT, or LICENSE).

2.2 Applied Rates
No other documents will be accepted as proof of residence. If the valid identification is not presented, the Regular Rate Issued will apply.

2.3 Prices and Changes
The prices mentioned do not include VAT and may be modified without prior notice. However, the rates generated in the previously made reservations will be honored.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 Available Payment Methods
The client can make the payment for their reservation using the following methods:
– PayPal
– Stripe

3.2 Payment Process
After selecting a service, the client will be redirected to the official PayPal or Stripe pages to securely complete the payment. After completing the payment process, the client will receive a successful payment notification via email.

3.3 Payment Support
If the user has trouble completing the reservation, they can contact us by phone at 9981352444 or by email at [email protected], where we will assist with completing the booking through PayPal or Stripe.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY
4.1 Requirements to Receive Service
It is mandatory to present the digital purchase coupon that is provided upon accepting these terms and proceeding with payment for products and/or services. The coupon must be presented at the ticket office of the corresponding activity or when meeting the tour operator and/or driver.

4.2 Required Documents
To receive the service, the client must present the following documents:
– Printed and signed coupon by the cardholder.
– Official ID with photo of the credit cardholder used for the payment (legible copy of both sides).
– Official ID of the visitor and the coupon holder (original).

4.3 Non-transferability of the purchase receipt
The purchase receipt is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES AND PARK ACTIVITIES
5.1 Cancellations and Refunds
The activities included in the package are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Additionally, there are restrictions for people with certain health conditions, such as:
– Ear problems, asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia
– Overweight, hypertension, diabetes, heart problems
– Pregnant women or those who suspect they may be pregnant

5.2 Activity Restrictions
Please note that some activities are not suitable for people with the mentioned conditions. Check the conditions of each activity before booking.

6. BAD WEATHER AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTINGENCY GUARANTEE
6.1 Changes Due to Bad Weather
The coupon is valid for 1 (one) date change due to bad weather. The request must be made at the time of service confirmation by our reservations team. No date changes will be allowed on the same day of the activity.

7. INFORMATION ABOUT BILLING AND PAYMENTS
7.1 Requesting an Invoice
If the client requires an invoice, they must provide their billing information at the ticket office upon arrival. Otherwise, no fiscal receipts will be issued after that date.

7.2 Payment Authorization
Traslados Onlymind Mx reserves the right to authorize or reject any transaction. At the time of service delivery, we will request the bank card and valid official ID of the cardholder who made the payment, as well as the official ID of the visitor.

7.3 Secure Purchase
The payment process on the website https://trasladocancun.com is fully secure. Payments will appear on the credit card statement as TRASLADOS ONLYMIND MX S.A.S. DE C.V.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
8.1 Conditions for Full Refund
To receive a full refund, the cancellation must be made when our reservations team contacts you, one hour before the scheduled time for transfers.

8.2 Cancellations and Date Changes
Any change in the date of the activity may result in price adjustments. Cancellations must be made through the phone numbers and emails provided at the end of this document. If the coupon is not used (No Show), no refund will be issued.

8.3 Cancellation and Refund for Tours, Excursions, and Accommodation
For tours, excursions, and accommodation services provided by our external suppliers, the cancellation and refund policies may vary. Each supplier has its own terms, which may include specific deadlines and cancellation fees.
We recommend reviewing the specific cancellation and refund policies on the page of the tour, excursion, or accommodation service you wish to reserve.

These policies will be available at the time of booking on the website and must be accepted before making the payment.

8.4 Instructions for Cancellations or Refunds for Tours and Excursions

9. MINORS POLICY
9.1 Rates for Minors
The rates for minors apply to children from 5 to 11 years old, who must present identification to verify their age (this discount does not apply to optional activities).
Children from 0 to 4 years old must present identification.
Children with height greater than 1.20 meters but under 12 years old must present identification to verify their age.

9.2 Transfer Safety and Capacity
Minors who use seats or need a baby chair will be counted within the maximum capacity of the reserved vehicle. For safety reasons, infants or minors under 5 years old are not allowed to sit on the parents’ laps.

9.3 Discounts on Activities
Discounts or access to activities for minors will depend on the selected excursion and will apply to the pre-established rates at the time of booking.
