Reservation Policy

By booking a service with Traslados Onlymind Mx, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. RATES

We offer two types of rates: – Regular Rate: for the general public. – Mexican Rate: exclusive for nationals, presenting a valid discount coupon.

Prices listed at https://trasladocancun.com are in U.S. dollars (USD), with the exchange rate based on Mexico’s official government bulletin: https://dof.gob.mx/indicadores.php

To apply the correct rate, clients must present official ID (INE, passport, or license). If not presented, the booking may be canceled or the rate adjusted.

2. APPLICATION OF RATES, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS

Valid official ID is required. Other documents are not accepted.

Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored.

3. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via: – PayPal – Stripe

After selecting a service, the client will be redirected to a secure payment portal and will receive confirmation by email.

4. SERVICE DELIVERY

It is mandatory to present the digital coupon received after payment, either when boarding the vehicle or at the meeting point.

Required documents: – Printed and signed coupon – Official ID of the cardholder – Visitor identification

The purchase coupon is non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES AND PARKS

Included activities are non-refundable. There are restrictions for individuals with: – Ear problems, asthma, epilepsy, claustrophobia – Overweight, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart conditions – Pregnancy

Please review each activity before booking, as some may not be suitable for certain conditions.

6. CHANGES DUE TO WEATHER OR CONTINGENCY

One (1) date change is allowed due to bad weather, provided it is requested before the activity.

7. INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

If an invoice is required, it must be requested upon arrival at the ticket counter. No invoices will be issued afterward.

The client must present the card and the ID of the cardholder. The charge will appear as TRASLADOS ONLYMIND MX S.A.S. DE C.V.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least one hour before the service.

No refunds for no-shows. Rescheduling may result in a price difference.

In the case of third-party services (tours, accommodation), refund policies may vary by provider.

9. MINORS

Children aged 5 to 11 may qualify for a child rate by presenting valid ID. Children under 4 must also present ID.

For safety, minors must occupy their own seat. Lap seating is not allowed.

Discounts for children on activities depend on the provider and must be confirmed at booking.
